WHAT IS THE TRUE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS?
Christmas comes and goes every year. There is usually a lot noise about it and a lot of celebration. All the boxes are usually opened on the day after with all the gifts unwrapped. I am not sure how much of it normally goes to the poor and the less privileged for which they are meant originally! Nevertheless, all is now part of history.
Some years ago, and recently too, some attack was launched against Christmas celebration under the guise of political correctness here in the UK. The whole attack looks funny or incredible; someone even called them ‘mad’!
The first I heard of was that Christmas carols should be banned from supermarkets, next was that Christmas decorations be banned because it is offensive to some faiths, this was followed by the ban of Father Christmas in some areas.

- Carol singers banned from hospitals after 40 years because this could pass on the infection – Daily Mirror, Saturday December 9, pg33.
- A school has removed the word Virgin from Mary’s title for Christmas celebration in a politically correct bid not to upset Muslims – News of the World, 17thDecember 2006. etc.

WHO WILL GET TO HEAVEN?
Mathew 7:21-27; Psalm 15; Psalm 24
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (KJV)
Heaven is a beautiful place as described by the bible. It is a city of Joy. We have heard about heaven and we all aspire to be there one day to reign eternally with God. But the bible declares that even if it is the will of the loving God for all to be there, not everybody will choose to be there. Jesus declared in the passage quoted above that some who sincerely believe they are serving the Lord and on the way to heaven may be mistaken.
EJECTING THE WICKED TENANT
Luke 11:21-26
The landlord-tenant relationship is not strange to us. Most apartments are beautifully furnished to attract the tenants. Some of them pretend to be gentle during the negotiations but turns to be troublesome and wicked. A quit notice or forceful ejection were applied in some case
In our peculiar case, man is the house, designed to be inhabited by God. – I Cor. 3:9, 16; I Cor. 3:16. Remember what happened at Eden. Satan overcame man, got authority over him and entered through deceit. Genesis chapter 3. The entrance of a wicked tenant could be through carelessness, negligence or lack of watchfulness or discernment. Jesus said in Mat. 13:25, that while men slept, the enemy came and sowed tares. Note the consequences of the entrance of the wicked tenant Gen 6:5-7; 11-12 (total darkness, no peace. Isa. 57:21 etc.)
HEAVEN AS WRITTEN BY A 17 YEAR OLD BOY
This is excellent and really gets you thinking about what will happen in Heaven. 17-year-old Brian Moore had only a short time to write something for a class. The subject was what Heaven was like. "I wowed 'em," he later told his father, Bruce. It's a killer. It's the bomb. It's the best thing I ever wrote." It also was the last. Brian's parents had forgotten about the essay when a cousin found it while cleaning out the teenager's locker at Teays Valley High School in Pickaway County
INTEGRITY
He was the last male in the royal family in a culture where only a male could succeed to the throne - and he was aging.
He decided that if he could not give birth to a male, he would adopt a son who then could take his place but he insisted that such an adopted son must be extraordinary in every sense of the word.
